These terms apply when you book or use tutoring from Little Learners Math Fun. By booking a session, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide one-on-one mathematics tutoring for students in kindergarten through 5th grade, primarily in your home within Arlington, Virginia, and by arrangement at a local public library.
Free intro
New families may book one free 20-minute meet-and-assess. It’s a diagnostic and planning session with no cost and no obligation to purchase.
Packages & payment
- Tutoring is sold as prepaid packages (minimum 8 sessions), paid securely online by card via Stripe.
- Current prices are listed on our pricing page. New families receive $40 off their first package.
- Each session is 60 minutes, one-on-one.
Session credits & expiration
Each package gives you a number of session credits, valid for 6 months from purchase. You book sessions against your balance as you go.
Scheduling, rescheduling & cancellations
Please give at least 12–24 hours’ notice to reschedule, and we’ll happily return the session to your balance. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used.
Safety
For in-home sessions, a parent or guardian should be present in the home. Ms. Robia is background-checked through Arlington Public Schools.
Results
We bring genuine care, expertise, and effort to every session, but learning depends on many factors. We cannot guarantee specific grades, test scores, or outcomes.
Refunds
If you’d like to stop, we’ll refund your unused session credits on request (any first-package discount applies only while the package is active). Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected sessions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
