Is there really a free intro?

Yes. Every new family starts with a free 20-minute meet-and-assess — a short diagnostic and a plan, with zero obligation.

Why a minimum of 8 sessions?

Research on tutoring is clear that around 8 sessions is where real, lasting progress begins. Anything less rarely sticks, and I want your investment to actually pay off.

How long are my sessions good for?

Package hours stay valid for 6 months from purchase, so you have flexibility around vacations and busy weeks.

What if we need to reschedule?

No problem — just give 12–24 hours’ notice and we’ll find another time. Your session goes back into your package.

How do I pay?

Securely online by card after your free intro. Buy a package once, then book sessions against it as you go.
